Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Our goal at bt999 is for entertainment to always be enjoyable and safe. Using deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools, you can stay in control of your own gaming.
Safe & Responsible Gaming
bt999 believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — a small break in life, not a burden. But sometimes the fun of playing can go too far. That is why we provide every member with a transparent and robust responsible gaming framework.
Placing bets on our platform is not just about hoping to win — it means playing with a healthy mindset, knowing how much you can spend and when to stop. At bt999 we make sure every tool is there for you, so you always stay in control.
On this page you will find out how bt999 ensures responsible gaming, which tools are available to you, what the warning signs of a problem look like, and where to get help.
Our Core Commitments
Age Verification & the 21+ Rule
bt999 strictly does not allow anyone under 21 to open an account or play. Age verification is completed at registration, and in any suspicious case we may request additional documents.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount whenever you like. Once set, it takes effect immediately, and a defined waiting period applies if you want to increase it.
Session Time-Out Feature
You can choose the maximum duration for each gaming session yourself. When the set time is up, bt999 automatically alerts you and, if needed, ends the session.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can exclude yourself from your account for a specific period. Our support team is available 24/7 to process this request.
Review Your Gaming History
Your complete betting and transaction history on bt999 is viewable at any time. Review your own habits and make decisions as needed — transparency is our core principle.
Expert Support & Guidance
If you or someone close to you is concerned about gaming, bt999's support team can help in Bengali. We listen to your concerns and provide the right guidance.
What Does Responsible Gaming Mean?
Responsible gaming means treating play as a familiar part of entertainment, never as a source of income or a solution to problems. At bt999 we want you to enjoy every session, but never in a way that harms your financial, family, or mental wellbeing.
A responsible gamer always sets a budget in advance and stays within that limit. They know that winning and losing are both normal, and that placing even more bets to try to recover lost money is never a solution. They do not put gaming ahead of family, friends, or professional responsibilities.
bt999 reminds you: gaming is a form of entertainment. Never bet beyond your budget, and if gaming starts to have a negative impact on your daily life, seek help without delay.

Simple Tips for Playing Safely
Set Your Budget First
Decide how much you can spend before you start playing. Once you reach that limit, stop playing — even if you are winning.
Take Regular Breaks
Take at least one short break every hour. Stand up, drink some water, do something else — it is easier to make decisions with a clear head.
Play for Entertainment
Gaming is not a way to earn money — it is a form of entertainment. Play for fun, not in the hope of winning.
Do Not Play Under Alcohol or Stress
It is best not to bet when you are emotional or tired. Play with a healthy and clear mindset, and make the right decisions.
